NewHold Investment II Says It Needs 2 More Months

NewHold Investment II in a preliminary proxy says it wants to move its termination deadline back by two months, from April to June 2023.

Management in the filing said they are in discussions with a potential merger partner, but would likely be unable to finalize a deal by the current deadline.

The SPAC raised $175 million in an October 2021 IPO with an eye to acquiring one or more industrial technology businesses with an aggregate enterprise value of $700 million or greater. Read more.
