Hudson Acquisition I closed its initial public offering of 6 million units.
Each consists of one share of common stock and one right to receive one-fifth of a share upon completion of an initial business combination. Once the securities begin separate trading, stock and rights will list on the Nasdaq under the symbols HUDA and HUDAR.
The underwriters have a 45-day option to purchase up to 900,000 units to cover over-allotments, if any. Chardan Capital Markets was sole book-running manager of the offering.
The SPAC plans to target US technology companies, while specifically avoiding any companies in China, Hong Kong or Macau. Read more.
