Lazard Fintech Acquisition notified the SEC of plans to withdraw an offering of 25 million units initally registered in March 2021.
Lazard had planned to focus on the growth-oriented subsectors of the fintech industry.
The SPAC is led by Executive Chairman and Director Alexander Stern, president of Lazard Ltd and Lazard Group since June 2019 and managing director of Lazard since 2002. Read more.
