NYSE Delists H.I.G. Acquisition Warrants

H.I.G. Acquisition in an 8-K said it was notifed last Friday by the NYSE that the exchange will delist the SPAC’s warrants. Abnormally low price levels were cited as the reason.

The SPAC’s Class A ordinary shares will continue to be listed and traded on the NYSE.

H.I.G. Acquisition raised nearly $40 million in a December 2020 IPO. The SPAC has said in previous regulatory filings that it will look for a business that can capitalize on management’s strengths in healthcare, technology, media and telecommunications, services, industrial, consumer and other sectors.
