Digital Health Acquisition Files Proxy for Deadline Extension

Digital Health Acquisition in a proxy filing called an Oct. 20 meeting for shareholders to vote on a proposed three-month deadline extension until Feb. 8. The provision would allow for two addional extensions also for three months, provided the sponsor deposits $350,000 into the Digital Health trust for each extension period.

The SPAC said it needs more time to finalize its acquisition of  VSee Lab, a telehealth software company, and iDoc Telehealth, a neurocritical care and intensive care telehealth provider.  

The SPAC raised $115 million in an IPO last November.

The transaction had been expected to close in the third quarter, resulting in a valuation of approximately $110 million for the combined entity. Read more.
