Alpine Acquisition Amends Deal with Two-Bit Circus to Push Back Deadline by 2 Months

Alpine Acquisition in an 8-K filing said it had agreed with merger partner Two-Bit Circus and affiliates of Atrium Hospitality to push back the deadline from Sept. 30 to Nov. 30.

In addition to Two-Bit Circus, Alpine has agreed to acquire two full-service conference hotels with 739 rooms and 135,000 square feet of conference facilities in Denver, CO and Stamford, CT, from Atrium Hospitality.

Alpine would pay $50 million in an all-stock transaction for Two Bit Circus and $65 million in cash and stock for the two conference hotels, which would be renovated.
