PHP Ventures Acquisition in an 8-K filing said $575,000 (10 cents/share) has been deposited into the company’s trust account, allowing the SPAC to extend its merger deadline from Aug. 16 to Nov. 16. This is the first of two three-month extensions permitted under the company’s governing documents.
