Cetus Capital Acquisition Files for $60M IPO

Cetus Capital Acquisition registered to offer 6 million units, each consisting of one share and a warrant redeemable for a share at $11.50.

The SPAC said it is not focused on any particular sector or industry, but will exclude any business operating in China, including Hong Kong and Macau.

CEO, President and Chairman Chung-Yi Sun is managing director of AWinner Limited, an investment firm focused on breakthrough Information Technology companies. Sun has also served since June 2010 as assistant vice president of Lite-On Green Technologies, a Taiwan-based green technology company.

EF Hutton is sole book-running manager of the offering.

Cetus in the S-1 filing said it has applied for a Nasdaq listing under the symbol CETSU. Read more.
