SK Growth Corrals Another $9.84M on Over Allotments

SK Growth Opportunities in an 8-K filing today said the underwriters of its IPO partially exercised an over-allotment option and bought $9.6 million in shares. The SPAC’s sponsor bought 192,000 warrants at $1 each.

SK Growth raised $200 million in June on its initial offering.

Auxo Capital Managers is the sponsor. SK is a global conglomerate based in Korea, operating across a range of industries spanning multiple continents. A wholly-owned subsidiary of SK is the anchor investor in the SPAC’s sponsor. SK and its affiliated companies operate more than 125 businesses across the energy, life sciences, advanced materials, mobility, and semiconductors industries with over $130 billion in assets globally.
