Altimeter Growth 2 signed a promissory note to borrow up to $1 million from its sponsor, according to a regulatory filing.
Any portion of the principal borrwed may be converted into warrants at $1 each at the sponsor’s discretion.
With $350 million raised in a January 2021 IPO, the SPAC has said it intends to focus on targets “in a secular-growth area of the technology sector that will compound growth over the long-term for exponential value creation.” Read more.
