Dune Acquisition filed a definitive proxy and set a June 14 meeting for shareholders to vote on the SPAC’s request for a deadline extension until Dec. 22. No other business is slated for the meeting next month.
Dune’s proposed merger with TradeZero soured in April when the SPAC filed a lawsuit against the target, alleging TradeZero made “outrageous falsehoods” and delivered fraudulent financials as the parties were negotiating a transaction. Read more.
