Semantix, Latin America’s first fully integrated data platform, and Alpha Capital announced today that the companies will be featured next week in a virtual fireside chat on IPO Edge. Attendees will get a first-hand opportunity to hear directly from leadership at both companies about the merger — a deal valued at $693 million — as well as Semantix’s technology and the market opportunity ahead.
The transaction is funded with $324 million, including $230 million from the Alpha Capital trust as well as a $94 million PIPE.
