Americas Technology Acquisition in a regulatory filing said it will ask shoreholders to approve another merger deadline from June 17 until Sept. 17. For the last deadline extension, the sponsor deposited $1.15 million into the SPAC’s trust.
This marks the third of three deadline extensions allowed under the SPAC’s governing documents.
