Global Blockchain Acquisition Prices $150M IPO

Global Blockchain Acquisition priced its initial public offering of 15 million units, which begin trading today on the Nasdaq under the symbol GBBKU.

Each unit consists of one share, one right and a warrant. Each right is good for one-tenth of a share. Warrants are redeemable at $11.50 each for a share. Once the securities begin separate trading, stock, rights and warrants are expected to list under the symbols GBBK, GBBKR and GBBKW, respectively.

The SPAC is focused on companies in North America, Europe and/or Asia that are developing assets in the FinTech, MedTech, Internet of Things, Media, Education, Education, Enterprise, and, blockchain Enabled Verticals.

I-Bankers Securities is sole book-running manager of the offering and Dawson James Securities is co-manager.
