Zi Toprun Acquisition Registers for $110M IPO

Zi Toprun Acquisition filed with the SEC to offer 11 million units at $10 each. A unit consists of one share and a warrant.

The new SPAC will target opportunities in the transportation industry in North America, Europe and Asia, but will specifcally exclude any companies in China, Hong Kong or Macau.

CEO and Director Yaojun Liu since 2014 has served as the managing partner of TA Partners, a real estate development company he co-founded which owns more than 1,000 apartments under development in southern California. Prior to co-founding TA Partners, Liu was a partner at Global Law Office in Beijing, specializing in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets. 

EF Hutton is sole book-running manager of the offering.

The SPAC intends to apply for a Nasdaq listing under the symbol ZTOPU. Read more.
