Think Elevation Capital Growth Opportunities Withdraws $225M IPO

Think Elevation Capital Growth Opportunities in a letter to the SEC disclosed it is withdrawing an offering of 22.5 million units that were to be priced at $10 each. The SPAC initially registered the offering in March 2021.

The SPAC had planned to focus on tech companies in India.

Co-CEO Ravi Adusumalli is the founder of Elevation Capital. Co-CEO Shashin Shah is the founder of Think Investments.

The SPAC had planned to apply for a Nasdaq listing, with Morgan Stanley tapped as sole book-running manager for the offering. Read more.
