Bright Green announced it has filed a registration statement with the SEC for a direct listing of its common stock. Bright Green is one of the few companies selected by the US government to grow, manufacture, and sell, legally under federal and state laws, cannabis and cannabis-related products for research, pharmaceutical applications and export, according to the news release.
Bright Green has applied to list on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol BGXX. Read more.
