Alset Capital Acquisition shares, warrant sand rights may not be separated for trading, the SPaC said in an SEC filing.
Separated shares will trade on the Nasdaq under the symbol ACAX, warrants under the symbol ACAXW and rights will trade under ACAXR. While units will continue to trade under the symbol ACAXU.
Alset raised $75 million last month in an IPO. The SPAC is focused on “Proptech” businesses. Read more.
