Zanite Acquisition in a regulatory filing included an updated investor presentation highlighting its proposed merger with Eve Air Mobility, an electric flying vehicle unit of Brazil-based Embraer.
Eve’s merger with the SPAC would value the combined company at $2.4 billion.
As announced in December, the transaction would deliver approximately $512 million in cash to Eve. The final consideration will hinge on redemptions and any additional funding the SPAC may acquire.
