Bull Horn Holdings to Ask Shareholders Next Month for Deadline Extension

Bull Horn Holdings filed a preliminary proxy for a stockholders meeting in April when the SPAC will seek a merger deadline extension. The precise date of the meeting has not yet been published.

Bull Horn seeks an extension from the current May 3 deadline until Nov. 3.

Bull Horn raised $75 million in a November 2020 IPO. At that time the SPAC said it intends to focus on leading sports, entertainment and brand companies that have potential for brand and commercial growth.
