LatAmGrowth SPAC stock and warrants may be traded separately starting today, the company said. Units not separated will continue to trade on the Nasdaq under the symbol LATGU. Shares and warrants that are separated will trade under the symbols LATG and LATGW.
The SPAC raised $130 million in a January IPO. LatAmGrowth intends to focus its search on high-growth companies in Latin America, including Brazil, as well as businesses in the United States that cater to the Hispanic community. Read more.
