Goldenstone Acquisition Limited Prices $50M IPO

Goldenstone Acquisition Limited priced its initial public offering of 5 million units at $10 each, with each unit consisting of one share, a warrant and one right to receive one-tenth of a share.

Units begin trading today on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol GDSTU. When the securities begin separate trading, stock, warrants and rights will list under the symbols GDST, GDSTW and GDSTR, respectively.

The offering is expected to close March 21.

The SPAC did not cite any specific sectors it might target when it registered the offering with the SEC last June, but will focus on companies with an enterprise value between $150 million and $500 million.
