Atlas Crest IV Withdraws $400M IPO

Atlas Crest Investment Corp II

Atlas Crest Investment IV filed notice with the SEC to withdraw its registered offering of 40 million units at $10 each. The initial registration was made in March 2021.

Atlas Crest IV in the original filing did not cite any specific sectors it would have targeted for a business acquisition.

The SPAC is led by Chairman Kenneth Moelis, who oversees  Atlas Crest SPACs I-V, and is chairman and CEO of independent investment bank Moelis & Company.

Roth CH Acquisition II in an 8-K filing said that its merger partner Reservoir Holdings has agreed to purchase U.S. based record label and music publishing company Tommy Boy Music for $100 million. The Roth/Reservoir deal has an enterprise value of $788 million, the parties said in April. Existing Reservoir owners will roll 100 percent of their equity into the combined enterprise.
