Silverman Acquisition Withdraws $250M IPO

Silverman Acquisition I in a notice to the SEC said it was withdrawing a $250 million offering, consisting of 25 million units initially registered in March 2021.

The SPAC had planned to target the consumer and business services sectors. 

Silverman I is led by CEO and Director Henry R. Silverman, managing member of 54 Madison Partners and a managing member of Athos Capital Partners.

The SPAC had applied for a listing on the NYSE, with JP Morgan tapped as sole book-running manager. Read more.
