Americas Technology Acquisition in an 8-K filing said it will extend its merger deadline from this Thursday until June 17. In consideration for the extension, its sponsor has deposited $1.15 million into the SPAC’s trust.
This marks the second of three deadline extensions allowed under the SPAC’s governing documents.
