Life Insurance Epigenetics Startup Foxo Reportedly Plans to Go Public Via SPAC in $369M Deal

Foxo Technologies, whose artificial intelligence and genetics technology is used to underwrite life insurance, is going public through a deal with a blank-check company, Bloomberg reports.

No formal announcement of the deal has been made.

The merger with Delwinds Insurance Acquisition would value the combined company at $369 million.
