Inspirato up 532% Just 3 Days into De-SPAC

Thayer Ventures Acquisition

Luxury travel subscription brand Inspirato, which marked its Nasdaq debut on Valentine’s Day, is up more than 532%. The company completed its business combination with Thayer Ventures Acquisition and now trades under the ticker symbols ISPO and ISPOW for stock and warrants.

Trading was halted several times this morning to contain the frenzy.

Inspirato operates a subscription luxury travel service enabling subscribers to book trips through a network of upscale hotels and vacation homes at more than 240 destinations worldwide.

The SPAC deal valued the combined company at $1.1 billion. Read more.
