Global Robotic Drone Acquisition Files for $100M IPO

Global Robotic Drone Acquisition registered to raise $100 million through an offering of 10 million units, each consisting of one share and a warrant.

The SPAC will target companies in the drone technology sector, excluding any with operations in China, Hong Kong or Macau.

CEO and Chairman Kenneth John Robinson since 2006 has been a franchise owner and operator of Mike Pero Mortgages in New Zealand.

EF Hutton is sole book-running manager.

The SPAC in the filing said it has applied for a Nasdaq listing, but has yet to select a ticker symbol. Read more.
