BurTech Acquisition sharss and warrants may trade separately starting today, the SPAC said.
Separated stock and warrants will trade on Nasdaq under the symbols BRKH and BRKHW. Units not separated will continue to trade under the symbol BRKHU.
The SPAC raised $287.5 million in an IPO last month. BurTech intends to focus its search for a target business in the retail, lifestyle, hospitality, technology, or real estate markets. Read more.
