Jackson Acquisition shares and warrants may trade separately starting today, the SPAC said.
Shares and whole warrants that are separated will trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbols RJAC and RJAC.WS. Units that are not separated with continue to trade under ticker symbol RJAC.U.
Led by Chairman and Director Jeb Bush, the SPAC intends to concentrate its search on businesses with a focus on healthcare services, healthcare technology, or otherwise focused on the healthcare industry. Read more.
