Fintech-Focused HCM Acquisition Closes $287.5M IPO

HCM Acquisition closed its initial public offering of 28.75 million units, including 3.75 million units issued to the underwrither through the full exercise of the over-allotment option. \

Units trade on the Nasdaq under the symbol HCMAU.

The SPAC intends to focus on businesses which provide disruptive technology or innovations within the financial services industry.
