N2 Acquisition Withdraws $450M IPO

More than 10 months after filing an initial registration for a $450 million IPO, N2 Acquisition Holdings filed today to withdraw the offer.

The SPAC in its March 2021 filing said it would not limit its search to a particular sector.

N2 in the initial filing disclosed it was led by Co-chairman Noam Gottesman, founder and managing partner of TOMS Capital, and Co-Chairman Sir Martin Franklin, founder and CEO of Mariposa Capital and chairman and controlling shareholder of Royal Oak Enterprises. Read more.
