Stock and rights of Welsbach Technology Metals Acquisition may now trade separately, the SPAC said.
Common stock and rights that are separated will trade on the Nasdaq under the symbols WTMA and WTMAR. Units not separated will continue to trade under the symbol WTMAU.
The SPAC raised $75 million in a December IPO. Welsbach plans to focus on targets in the Technology Metals and ETMs sectors, excluding China, Hong Kong and Macau. Read more.
