10X Capital Venture Acquisition III Prices Upsized $261M IPO

10X Capital Venture Acquisition III priced its upsized initial public offering of 26.1 million units at $10 each. The upsize was from 25 million units the SPAC noted in an amended S-1 filing last month. 10X Capital Venture Acquisition III initially registered in March 2021 to raise $350 million in an offering.

The units begin trading today on the NYSE under ticker symbol VCXB.U. Each consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of a warrant.

Once the securities begin separate trading, shares and warrants are expected to be listed under the symbols VCXB and VCXB WS.

The company intends to focus on identifying high growth technology and tech-enabled businesses domestically and abroad in the consumer internet, ecommerce, software, healthcare, transportation / mobility and financial services industries, as well as other industries which are being disrupted by advances in technology and on technology paradigms including artificial intelligence, automation, data science, ecommerce and Software-as-a-Service.
