Crescera Capital AcquisitionClass A ordinary shares and warrants may be trqaded separately starting today, the SPAC said. Shares and warrants that are separated will trade on the Nasdaq under the symbols “CREC” and “CRECW,” respectively. Units not separated will continue to trade under the symbol “CRECU.”
Crescera’s sponsor is associated with the Brazilian asset management firm Crescera Capital. The SPAC raised $175 million in a November IPO to raise capital for the acquisition of a Latin American company. Read more.
