Oaktree Acquisition III, which plans to target a business in the industrial and consumer sectors, in an amended S-1 lowered its planned offering size to 22.5 million units. That’s down 18% from the 27.5 million units cited in an amended filing in May, when the SPAC lowered its deal size from the initial 32.5 million units rergistered with the SEC in February,.

A unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-third of a warrant.

The sponsor’s first first Oaktree SPAC completed a merger in January with healthcare platform Hims & Hers.

Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley are joint book-runners on the offering. Academy Securities, Amerivet, Ramirez & Co. and Tigress Financial Partners are co-managers.

The SPAC still plans to apply for a listing on the NYSE under OACC.U. Read more
