Mercato Partners Acquisition stock and warrants may be traded separately starting Monday, the SPAC said.
Stock and warrants that are separated will trade on the Nasdaq under ticker symbols MPRA and MPRAW. Units not separated will continue to trade under MPRAU.
The SPAC raised $200 million in an IPO last month. Mercato intends to identify, acquire and operate a business in either the technology or branded consumer products sector. Read more.
