Altimar Shareholders Approve Fathom Deal

Altimar Acquisition II announced in in 8-K filing that its shareholders voted in favor of combining with Fathom Digital Manufacturing.

As announced in July, the deal values the combined company at $1.5 billion.

Altimar did not divulge redemption numbers. The SPAC has traded in the sub-$10 danger zone for months.

Fathom is expected to list on the NYSE under FDMG.

Headquartered in Hartland, Wisconsin, Fathom offers on-demand digital manufacturing solutions. As one of the largest service providers for rapid prototyping and on-demand additive and advanced traditional manufacturing services in North America, the company operates over 90 large-platform additive manufacturing machines with nearly 450,000 square feet of manufacturing capacity across 12 facilities nationwide.
