Emerging Markets Horizon Closes $287.5M IPO, Including Underwriters’ $37.5M Over-Allotment Option

Emerging Markets Horizon closed its initial public offering of 28.75 million units, including 3.75 million units issued to the underwriters through their over-allotment option.

Units trade on the Nasdaq \under the ticker symbol HORIU.

Emerging Markets Horizon is focused on Central & Eastern Europe, Russia or the Commonwealth of Independent States. The company intends to focus on identifying high growth technology and consumer-exposed businesses in those regions.
