Southport Acquisition Prices $200M IPO

Southport Acquisition priced its initial public offering of 20 million units at $10 each.

The units begin trading today on the NYSE under the symbol PORT.U. Each consists of one share and one-half of a warrant.

Southport is focused on companies engaged in the development of financial software for the mortgage and real estate space.

The offering is expected to close Dec. 14.

BofA Securities is acting as the sole underwriter for the offering. Read more.
