Israel Amplify Program Withdraws $200M IPO

Israel Amplify Program informed the SEC today in a filing that it has abandoned its IPO. The initial registration in March called for the issuance of 20 million units at $10 each.

The SPAC at the time said it would focus on tech companies based in or with a connection to Israel. Read more.
