Twelve Seas Investment Company IV TMT Files for $200M IPO

Twelve Seas Investment Company IV TMT registered to offer 20 million units at $10 each to raise capital for the acquisition of a company in the technology, media and telecomm sector.

A unit consists of one share of Class A common stock and three-fourths of a warrant.

The SPAC’s sponsor and its deal underwriter Mizuho may purchase up to $13.6 million Twleve Seas units.

Chairman Neil Richardson for the last ten years has overseen family office activities, conducted through North Sea Capital.

Twleve Seas has applied for a Nasdaq listing under TSIVU. Read more.
