Motive Capital II Prices Upsized $300M IPO

Motive Capital II priced its upsized IPO of 30 million units at $10 each, an increase of 5 million more units than expected. Unitbegin trading today on the NYSE under MTVC U. Each consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-third of a warrant.

The new SPAC is targeting the fintech subsectors of Banking & Payments, Capital Markets, Data & Analytics, Insurance and Investment Management. 

Motive Capital Funds Sponsor II, an affiliate of Motive Partners in which Motive Capital Fund 2 holds an interest, is the sponsor.

UBS and J.P. Morgan are joint book-running managers for the offering. Read more.
