Keyarch Acquisition Registers for $100M IPO

Keyarch Acquisition filed to offer 10 million units at $10 each. A unit consists of one Class A ordinary share, one right and one-half of a warrant. Each right entitles the holder to receive one-tenth of a share.

The sponsor has agreed to purchase 450,000 units and underwriter EarlyBirdCapital has committed to buying 50,000 units.

Keyarch plans to to target global disruptive technology and innovative services companies.

The SPAC is led by Founder and Chairman Fang Zheng, also the mnaging director & CIO of Keywise Capital Management. Before Keywise, Zheng was a co-founder and portfolio manager at Neon Liberty Capital Management, an asset management firm based in New York City.

EarlyBirdCapital and Haitong International are joint book-runners. Revere Secruities is co-manager. The underwriters have the option to purchase up to 1.5 million units to cover any over allotments.
