Chinese EV Ride-Hailing Service Provider Mulling $1B U.S. SPAC Deal

BMKP Technology, a Chinese Electric Vehicle ride-hailing service provider that has been named as a Chinese Internet Unicorn Company for four consecutive years, is considering going public through a SPAC merger. 

The company, which operates a taxi service under the brand Zero Running Technology, expects it will be listed on the Nasdaq around March at the earliest, with an estimated valuation of $1 billion.

BMKP is one of the few service providers with 252 ride-hailing service licenses in China. The company is headquartered in Wuhan, a central city in China, and its business segments include intra-city and inter-city ride-hailing.
