Healthcare AI Acquisition Files for $200M IPO

Healthcare AI Acquisition Corpregistered to raise $200 million through an offering of 20 million units. Each consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of a warrant.

The new SPAC is focused on the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors with technological transformation potential.

Chairman and CEO Simon Cottle is a founding partner at Stanley Capital and a board member of Noden Pharma. 

Citigroup and Jefferies are joint book-running managers of the offering. The underwriters have an option to purchase up to 3 milllion additional units to cover any over-allotments.

The SPAC has applied to list on the Nasdaq under HAIAU. Read more.
