Crescera Capital Acquisition Prices $175M IPO

Crescera Capital Acquisition priced its IPO of 17.5 million units, which began trading today on the Nasdaq under CRECU. Each consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of a warrant.

The offering is expected to close Nov. 23.

The SPAC intends to seek a business combination with a Latin American company not limited to a particular industry, sector or geographic region. Crescera’s sponsor is associated with the Brazilian asset management firm Crescera Capital.
