Aquarius I Hikes Deal Size 50% Ahead of $75M IPO

Aquarius I Acquisition in an amended S-1 said it now plans to offer 7.5 million units, a 50% increase from the 5 million initially registered in July.

A unit consists of one share, a warrant, and one right to receive one-tenth of a share.

The Hong Kong-based SPAC is sponored by Lion Group Holding and plans to target high growth businesses with enterprise values between $150 million and $300 million.
