ShoulderUP Technology Acquisition Prices Upsized $265M IPO

ShoulderUp Technology Acquisition priced its upsized IPO of 26.5 million units at $10 each, an increase of 1.5 million units more than initially registered in October.

Units list on the NYSE under SUAC.U. Each consists of one share and one-half of a warrant.

The company intends to focus on businesses in the technology and cybersecurity industries.

Citigroup is sole book-runner and representative of the underwriters. Siebert Williams Shank and Roberts & Ryan are co-managers. The underwriters may purchase up to 3.5 million additional units to cover over-allotments, if any. Read more.
