Blockchain Coinvestors Acquisition I Closes Upsized $300M IPO

Blockchain Coinvestors Acquisition closed its upsized IPO of 30 million units, including 3.9 million units issued to the underwriters.

Units trade on the Nasdaq under BCSAU. Each consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of a warrant.

Cantor and Moelis were joint book-running managers of the offering.

The new SPAC will target companies in the financial services, technology and other sectors of the economy that are being enabled by emerging applications of blockchain. Read more.
